My Twin Died Before Prom, Now We’re Helping Others Go

Losing my twin sister before prom was a devastating experience for me. We had always dreamed of that magical night together, picking out dresses, getting ready, and dancing the night away. But when she passed away unexpectedly, everything changed.

Despite my grief, I knew that I wanted to honor her memory in a special way. So, I decided to start a foundation in her name to help other teenagers in need attend prom. With the support of our community, we have been able to provide prom dresses, tuxedos, and tickets to those who may not have been able to afford them otherwise.

Through this foundation, we are turning our tragedy into something positive, bringing joy to others in honor of my twin sister. Prom is a rite of passage for so many teenagers, and we want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to experience it, regardless of their financial situation.

As we continue to help others go to prom, we feel her presence with us every step of the way. In this way, we are keeping her memory alive and spreading love and kindness to those in need.
