Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. An authorized signature from the copyright owner or their representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
3. Details of the infringing material to be removed and how to locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement indicating unauthorized use of the material;
6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent to have it restored. The counter notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. Details of the material taken down and its original location;
3. A statement asserting that the takedown was due to mistake or misidentification;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.
