Nadiya Hussain: A letter to my teenage daughter
Dear daughter,
As I sit down to write this letter to you, my heart is filled with so many emotions. You are growing up so quickly, and I want to take this moment to share some words of wisdom and encouragement with you.
First and foremost, know that I love you unconditionally. You are my pride and joy, and I believe in you wholeheartedly. I want you to always remember that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Life can be challenging, and there will be times when you feel lost or uncertain. In those moments, remember that I am always here for you. You can come to me with any problem or concern, and I will do my best to support you and guide you.
As you navigate your teenage years, I want you to stay true to yourself. Don’t be afraid to be different or stand out from the crowd. Embrace your uniqueness and let your light shine bright. Be kind to others, but also be kind to yourself.
Take risks, try new things, and don’t be afraid to fail. Failure is a part of life, and it is how we learn and grow. Embrace your mistakes and use them as stepping stones towards success.
Remember that you are strong, brave, and beautiful just the way you are. Don’t let anyone dim your light or make you doubt your worth. You are a force to be reckoned with, and the world is lucky to have you in it.
Always believe in yourself, my dear daughter. You are capable of achieving greatness, and I will always be here cheering you on every step of the way.
I love you more than words can express,
Mom
